This cost sharing pass includes unlimited passenger privileges for UTV's & ATV's. The pass will indicate "passengers permitted" on the UTV / ATV card. Pass holders are provided access to the property to hunt or drive ATV's and / or UTV's.
New members and their passengers requesting permission to enter Siltop Properties must fill out a Waiver before the pass can be issued. No member or passenger is permitted on the property without signing a waiver. UTV or ATV Passengers must complete this Waiver by checking the "passenger" box in the Waiver. No passengers may enter the property without first filling out a passenger waiver under the pass holder's control number. Please require "last minute" passengers to sign a waiver before entering the property. Ken routinely checks passengers for waivers.

NOTE: when you click on "waiver" it will take you to another website and you will have to return to Siltop's website to pay. Use the “tab” button on the computer to move to each data field in the waiver. For phones and iPads, use your finger to touch each data box and then enter the data. Hitting “return” does not work for a computer, phone, or iPad.
Siltop does not accept any new member without approval from Ken Dworek (property manager). Call Ken at 814-541-9970 after 10 am or before 8 pm if you want to add new family members or are seeking to become a Siltop member.
Purchase the 2021 Annual Pass for Siltop Visions which includes unlimited passenger privileges with a credit or debit card at the bottom of this web page (scroll down). Each Siltop member must enter their control number to complete the transaction. Hit "tab" on computer or touch the data box with phones and iPads to advance to next data field. To pay for multiple passes, add each member's control number to the cart multiple times and the total will reflect the number of passes purchased.
